Gender and Staring

Neurocinematics is a new approach to interpreting cinema that analyzes what actually happens in the viewer’s mind while watching a film through the lens of the brain. The author of this book is the first in Iran to utilize neurological study in the analysis of a sequence from the film “A Separation” and demonstrates how the gender of the audience influences the way a film is watched.
