The Legal System of Husband and Wife in the Quran

All human beings, fundamentally in their creation and human essence, are equal and share commonality without any distinction or discrimination. Women, like men, possess the same soul and essence without any preferential discrimination; as God says in the Quran: He created you from one soul and created its mate from its remnants of clay. In another verse, He states: And of His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves so that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed affection and mercy between you. In these are signs for those who reflect. In truth, marriage is the foundation for family formation, ensuring the survival of the human race, and bringing calmness, comfort, and solace to husband and wife, completing both man and woman. Based on this, the author in this book aims to familiarize the reader with the legal system of husbands and wives in the Quran.
