Psychopathology and Therapeutic Strategies of CBT and DBT

In the present book, using simple language, the therapeutic strategies of CBT and especially the relatively new DBT for patients with borderline, antisocial, dependent, and narcissistic personality disorders are presented. In fact, the purpose of writing this book has been to show that the strategies are not specific to one situation or disorder; therefore, if a therapist encounters a different issue, they can advance the treatment process of the client by appropriately combining the presented strategies.
