Political Jurisprudence and Constitutional Jurisprudence

Jurisprudence and Politics in Contemporary Iran is a book by Davoud Feirahi that examines “political jurisprudence and constitutional jurisprudence” in contemporary Iran. One of the tasks of political jurisprudence is to introduce a set of institutions and political systems capable of creating a comprehensible balance between the rights and obligations of Muslims. In the second section on jurisprudence and constitutionalism, the inception of the constitutional era is reviewed, alongside the methodology of constitutional jurisprudence, the institutions of the constitutional government, the relationship between Sharia and law, the transformation of political jurisprudence, and the transition to Islamic governance jurisprudence.
