Analysis of the Works and Thoughts of Great French Writers in the 20th Century

The first chapter of this book is dedicated to examining the literary developments in France in the second half of the 20th century, providing an overview of the ideas and works produced during this period. The second chapter analyzes the works of Proust and his aesthetic perspectives. The third chapter critiques the principles of Sartre’s existentialist philosophy and his views in the novel “Nausea” and the plays “The Flies” and “No Exit.” The fourth chapter discusses three works from three different periods in the career of the French female writer Marguerite Duras.
