Zivar

Zivar is a girl born in northern Iran into a poor and male-favoring family. Her family forces her to work as a maid in the lord’s house because of money. Meanwhile, a love for the village teacher blossoms in her heart, but she is forcibly married to another man, and this is just the beginning of her painful story. The story is old and based on reality, as Zivar portrays her life story from the age of twelve to now in her eighties.
