Tigh va Toranj: The narrator and minstrel named Doostmohammad, after committing a mistake, quits his minstrel work and embarks on a new path. Through recounting a chapter of his life story, he rediscovers himself and seeks to make amends for his error. Night of the Mouse: A residential complex is on the verge of demolition. Night of the Mouse tells the story of people whose existence is threatened by the destruction of the building. Eventually, the structure collapses and a plague consumes the hollowed-out people from within; meanwhile, beside this building, another edifice filled with fresh life is taking shape. Where is Afagh Alley? Set during the years of the Sacred Defense, the life and mental world of some people in society are portrayed through scenes depicting their confrontation with their time. Merchants, artists, intellectuals, and more are linked by two seekers, each in search of their own lost, connecting spaces and scenes, and in the end, one spectator brings the story to a climax. Drip, Sound of the Sea: It is Muharram. Seyed Hossein, son of Seyed Agha, arrives at the Hosseinieh a few days before the mourning ceremonies to perform the eulogy for Ahl al-Bayt (AS). This year, although three days of Muharram have passed, he has not returned from the front. Yet this is a vow that must be fulfilled, so Seyed Agha sets out to find his son in the war zone. Finally, Seyed Agha finds his son, but in a grand chorus where all warriors seem to become one and that one manifests as Seyed Hossein, a symbolic image of Seyed Agha’s lost son is presented. Gargon: Only the characters Blue-Clad and Red-Clad appear in the play Gargon. With a humorous and satirical tone, Gargon seeks to penetrate the essence of their toxic relationship and, by displaying the ridiculousness of their petty wars, reflect the reality of the two individuals. Golak Boom: Golak Boom narrates the days of the beginning of the Baath Party’s campaign into our country’s borders. It tells the story of the people of a border village called ‘Golak Boom’ who shine through their brave and passionate resistance. Yar Bar Dar: Yar Bar Dar reflects aspects of Sheikh Fazlollah Noori’s struggles. It tells the story of Sheikh Fazlollah Noori’s fight against “the basis of absolute monarchy despotism and the replacement of it with Sharia law,” for which he sacrifices himself and is publicly hanged in front of the people.
