The Pit

The story of The Pit is a slice of the lives of people who are not far away, living around our city, surrounded by a vast cloud of smoke, iron, and cement, patching their days with pain and wounds. The “worker’s story,” or more broadly “worker literature,” perhaps offers a bright guess that can pull these people out from the ashes of the city and keep their humanity alive in our minds. This type of literature has a questioning nature that challenges social relations. “The Pit” has tried to nurture this essence within itself.
