Silent Sonata

Silent Sonata presents captivating tales stemming from the fears and hopes of nomadic men and women, intertwining them with the narrative of the southern tribes’ rebellion during World War I, as well as events leading to the collapse of tribal authority structures in the early Pahlavi era. This short novel reviews the decline of nomadic life in Iran through the life story of its main character.
