Since ancient times, philosophers have engaged in research in this field to understand the mysteries of wisdom and the foundations of human identity and personality, while doctors explored it to uncover the origins of mental illnesses and safeguard human health. Psychology, as a domain of philosophy, and psychiatry, as a branch of medical science, have developed alongside each other. In this context, the work of Professor Dr. Amir-Hossein Aryanpour (1924-2001), an Iranian philosopher, scholar, and sociologist, in the realm of psychology is not an exception but rather the norm. What is remarkable is that this capable thinker, through the first attempt made in contemporary Iran to the core of psychology, was able, relying on the scientific data of his time, to develop a scientific psychology system with coherence and comprehensiveness that not only aligns with classical, local, and national psychological paradigms but also matches the most effective psychological systems produced internationally at academic levels before or after it. This book is a collection of seven articles written by Professor Dr. Amir-Hossein Aryanpour that were published in the Iranian Psychology Journal between 1972 and 1976. It appears the professor has succeeded in discussing the most important insights required to construct a coherent system of psychology.
