This book is a collection of short stories, each connected to the others in some way. The main theme of all the stories is the sorrow of exile and living in a foreign country away from one’s homeland. Ali Morad Fadaei Nia is one of the most important formist storytellers in the 1970s after Ebrahim Golestan and is among the signatories of the “Manifesto of Volume Poetry.” Several of his books have been published in Iran and a few abroad. He emerges from the most significant literary movement of southern Iran in the 1970s.
