Heart and Affection and Hidden Obstacles

The book Heart and Affection and Hidden Obstacles is the result of about forty years of my professional work, and I have written it in simple language for everyone. Most of its stories reflect aspects of our lives. Perhaps this book offers ways to overcome the deadlocks of relationship breakages and prevent much of the suffering caused by ignorance. My aim in writing this book was not to present a scientific work to the professional community, although it draws on many hypotheses that can be educational for all. The real goal is to spread kindness and heal wounds in intimate relationships, where we unknowingly and unintentionally muddy the waters of connection, making them unclear for everyone, possibly forcing us to endure this for life. I wrote Heart and Affection hoping to contribute to improving human relationships. Let us read it with the purpose of drawing closer to others and spreading kindness. Emotional unions that make a person part of others’ ‘inner understanding’ system are our greatest wealth. So why not recognize the hidden obstacles?
