Daily press satires, especially daily political satires, have a special freshness and appeal for the everyday newspaper audience. Moreover, there is an unintended historiography in these daily satires which, if collected and compiled into a book, can convey the political and social atmosphere of that time to the audience in a sweet, witty, and sometimes sarcastic tone.
