From Myth to History

In this collection, essays, lectures, interviews, critiques, and writings by the late Dr. Mehrdad Bahar have been compiled, some of which were previously published in the country’s scientific and cultural journals. This material is organized into three sections and an appendix: The first section, titled “Essays,” consists of seven articles on myths and the history of ancient Iran. The second section includes “Lectures and Interviews” on mythology and history. The third section is a compilation of his “Critiques and Opinions” on some Iranian myths. The book concludes with an index.
