Cookie Soldiers

This book narrates the story of soldiers who spend their days in vast exile, their every day passing like a clockwork figure based on predetermined principles, like an endless habit. The story is told from the perspective of a soldier serving at a border point on the northern hill, from Mohsen’s point of view, who occupies himself foolishly in this remote part of the world and, despite his hatred for it, is inevitably attached to it.
