Brooch

The audience of this novel are the women and girls of our society, who possess extraordinary and pure emotions that they cherish. The book narrates the story of a woman who wants to start a new life after the death of her husband. Her family urges her to remarry, but she wishes to experience the true meaning of love. The novel begins with the woman’s journey to the south and ends with her return to her own city. Along the way, there are short flashbacks to her past life. The heroine of the story meets a woman in Bushehr who gives her a brooch, saying it is no ordinary brooch. After that, events occur that make the reader feel that this is truly no ordinary brooch. Ultimately, the reader is left to decide, based on their own reflections, whether it is we, humans, who possess inner forces, or whether an external object grants us power.
