The present novel, with a romantic theme, narrates the ups and downs of the life of a woman named “Shirin.” In her youth, “Shirin” meets someone named “Mohammad Saharabi” in a poetry class, and they fall in love for years. However, due to certain events, they are separated, and Shirin marries someone named “Arash.” Their short-lived marriage, which results in a daughter named “Ghazal,” ends with “Arash’s” death, and “Shirin” spends years raising “Ghazal” alone. Unaware of her mother’s past and her connection to “Mohammad,” “Ghazal” meets “Mohammad,” her painting and poetry instructor, at the cultural center. This event leads to a reunion between “Shirin” and “Mohammad,” fulfilling their long-standing wish to be together.
