Masiha Barzegar

Masiha Barzegar, born in Tehran on Hafez Street near Abusaeid Abolkhair Street, cherishes Iran and the Persian language as the greatest divine gifts of her life. Above all, she loves God and sees herself as united with all beings. She prefers weaving mysteries over solving problems. A worshipper of love, laughter, and life, Masiha says she continually washes her eyes to see anew. Living simply and walking lightly, she is calm, avoids noise, and adores books and quiet corners. Believing that poetry and music suffice to live well, her passionate heart seeks fulfillment only in love. When asked to write her autobiography, she replied that The Little Prince is enough.
