Iraj Parsinejad
Iraj Parsinejad began his dedicated journey into writing during his high school years, with a keen interest in literary criticism from the start. Hailing from Abadan, he was involved in the establishment of the Razi High School Literary Association, contributing to a notable wall newspaper alongside his peers. Pursuing his passion for literature, Parsinejad moved to Tehran to study linguistics and later advanced his scholarship in comparative literature at Oxford University. His academic journey culminated in a doctorate from Oxford, after which he embraced teaching, sharing insights on classical Persian literature in English at UCLA.
