The subject examined in this book is the role of philosophers as true guides and teachers of society. The author believes that the greater the philosophical thinking power of philosophers, the more their influence on society and rulers increases, and even the smallest errors and misguidances of theirs can lead to the greatest historical tragedies. Based on this concept, the author refers to the vital impacts of several great philosophers throughout history and studies and analyzes their mistakes. Plato, Aristotle, Farabi, Hegel, Heidegger, Marx, Foroughi, and others are among the philosophers discussed in this research. One of the main aims of this book is to criticize and warn contemporary philosophers to learn from past experiences and mistakes and to pay closer attention to their thoughts and ideas.
