Ah in Braille

Hossein Safa is a talented contemporary poet best known for his distinctive poems and popular songs. Most of Hossein Safa’s poetry is written in the style of ghazal, but he also excels in free verse and songwriting. Many of his songs have been performed by Mohsen Chavoshi, a famous Iranian pop singer, and their popularity is closely linked due to their numerous collaborations. As previously mentioned, another poetic style Hossein Safa masters is free verse. This collection titled “Ah in Braille” is the third volume of his free verse poetry. Its special and captivating style, along with fluent and pleasing language, once again confirms Hossein Safa’s skill in artistic creation and free verse poetry. “Ah in Braille,” containing ninety-eight pages of Hossein Safa’s poems, has been published by Nimaj Publishing, which also publishes his other works. He stated that as he has grown as a poet, his poetry has matured and evolved. The pleasant resonance of his poems in this free verse poetry collection, “Ah in Braille,” once again demonstrates that he is a unique poet with significant contributions to contemporary Persian poetry.
